本年度的马福常年大会于11月29日在古晋举行。大会由古晋福州公会承办。48个来自全国各地的属会派团出席这个一年一度的长年大会。
This year's AGM was held on 29/11/2009 in Kuching. Participations from 48 affiliations attended this AGM.
为了配合这个长年大会，举办当局也于11月27日开始，同时举办了一系列的活动。福州乡团运动会，干训营和福州歌曲歌唱比赛。 In conjunction of this AGM, the organisor had also line up other events from 27/11. Among them were the sport meet and Foochow Song Singing Competition.
